Pretty Is Not Enough is an organization that provides a bundle of self-confidence, and true beauty awareness to young ladies between the ages of eight and twenty-one in a safe and fun environment. Every interaction guarantees a unique and meaningful experience which includes workshops, parents-daughter outings, and activities gearing towards education, mentorship, fitness and health, safety, and most importantly self-confidence.

Our Vision
Our vision is to help improve young ladies lives, by empowering them and teaching them to recognize, appreciate and embrace their inner beauty. We take pride in providing them with key tools that help them gain personal fulfillment and healthy confidence.
Pretty Is Not enough’s founder, Marleny Briscoe, started the organization with the purpose of helping young ladies that are experiencing or have experienced life challenges, that left them feeling less than beautiful.
She was once a single parent managing to overcome challenges in life such as childhood molestation, bullying, domestic violence, emotional abuse, and teenage pregnancy.
In spite of the challenges, Marleny chose to be an overcomer instead of allowing her past to overcome her and she is ready to teach young ladies how to do the same.
